Staff Spotlight: Brooke Bartolomeo

VIPERIZER STAFF SPOTLIGHT
It's time to meet the faces behind Team Viperizer!

Our first staff spotlight is Brooke Bartolomeo, Marketing Advisor. Brooke was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she lived for a few years until moving back to Ellwood City, Pennsylvania to be with family. She currently still resides in the area and really values the close-knit family atmosphere of a small town, much like the tight knit family we have at Team Viperizer!

Brooke has a very creative background when it comes to schooling; she left the comfort of Ellwood City’s local school system after completing 11th grade when she was accepted to attend Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School in 2008 to focus on musical theatre! There, she was very active in musicals, showcasing her gifts of song and dance. After graduating, Brooke went on to attend Penn State Behrend, where she completed her undergrad in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

Being on Team Viperizer for just over a year, Brooke holds a lot of responsibility and has a front row seat to all the awesome things happening for our racers and their families!

“I’ve really enjoyed learning more about a sport that I wasn’t previously familiar with. I’ve gained a ton of respect for the kids, their families, and the intense dedication and joy they find in drag racing. I love my role at Viperizer Racing, because I get to learn, not just about the sport, but about individuals who are involved.”

Most of you who have reached out to us via Facebook have more than likely been communicating with Brooke! While continuously managing Team Viperizer’s Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, she is also the person behind the Racer Bios! Not only is she running the social media presence, but her duties also include research, reporting and helping to organize apparel orders and prizes for shipment.

In her spare time, Brooke can be found singing, writing, and playing music. In addition, she enjoys photography, being outside, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and her Maltese/Shih Tzu mix, Sofia, is her most precious obsession. Most important to her is her faith in Christ and tells us “[she considers herself] to be a life-long student in learning how that should be lived out.”

Please join us in thanking Brooke for all her hard work in making Team Viperizer run!
